Domestic Shipping

All orders shipped outside of California will be charged no tax. Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within California at the local rate

Please allow up 2-5 business days for all orders to ship from the time the order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please be sure to take note of the shipping times as it may change from product to product

Complimentary Standard Shipping for domestic orders ship free via USPS First Class Mail Service with USPS tracking. Delivery is 2-3 business days depending on the destination

Complimentary Upgrade to Priority Mail for all orders $300 and up for domestic orders ship free via USPS Priority Mail Service with USPS tracking. Delivery is 1-3 business days depending on the destination

USPS Priority Mail Delivery is 1-3 business days with USPS tracking. Price will be calculated upon checkout

USPS Priority Mail Express Delivery is 1-2 days by 3pm except Sundays with USPS tracking. Price will be calculated upon checkout

Availability & Ordering policy

All products on Anna Monet jewelry website are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. One-of-a-kind items are specified in description and available for shipment immediately. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products I ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns, as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact annamonetjewelry@gmail.com to discuss your particular situation.

Here at Anna Monet Jewelry we want you to be 100% satisfied with you order and in some cases we will allow exchange and store credit option.
